Heels Down Fitness is an equestrian fitness and lifestyle program designed to assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals, gaining knowledge from the worlds of fitness and equestrianism, and enhancing their overall well-being.

No specialized equipment is required to engage with our programs; all you need is yourself and the HDF app.

Our primary aim is to support you in maximizing your potential as a rider by deepening your understanding of your muscles off the saddle for improved synergy with your horse while riding.

HDF is dedicated to guiding you on your journey alongside your four-legged companion. Our services cater to equestrian athletes, novice riders, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals seeking an alternative to traditional gym routines. We welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds who aspire to improve their fitness levels, embrace a balanced lifestyle, and achieve personal milestones.

The Heels Down Fitness app features:

FIT TO RIDE
<ul>
 <li>A 12-week circuit program divided into three 24-minute workouts per week targeting the upper body, lower body, and full-body strength and conditioning.</li>
 <li>FIT TO RIDE (FTR) emphasizes foundational off-horse training using body weight exercises to enhance kinesthetic awareness and prepare you for effective in-saddle movements. Key areas covered include core stability, balance, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, and more.</li>
 <li>Develop functional movement patterns without the need for gym equipment, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience.</li>

CHALLENGES

 <li>Ten additional challenges to elevate your workout intensity and unlock new levels of physical fitness.</li>
 <li>Diverse workouts focusing on specific muscle groups or offering full-body engagement, including Pilates challenges.</li>
 <li>No equipment necessary - leverage body weight exercises to push your limits mentally and physically while targeting major muscle groups.</li>
